About our property:

CONIL (CADIZ): This magnificent chalet with its 2500m2 pine tree garden is ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday especially for families with children.

There is a big private swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing area with a number of sunbeds. Close to the pool area there is a nice barbecue, table and chairs, where one can enjoy his lunch or dinner under the shade of the porch.

Inside there is an ample living/dining room with open fireplace for the winter lovers and a big kitchen equipped with all amenities. On the ground floor there are also 3 x 2 single-bed bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs there is a double-bed bedroom, a single-bed bedroom and another bathroom. The bedrooms lead to a huge terrace overlooking the swimming pool area.

On the property there is also ample space to park 2-3 cars. The house also has central heating for the cooler winter months. The bathroom towels and linen are included in the price.
