MARBELLA
GOLDEN MILE: This townhouse is set in
beautiful tropical gardens with a large,
communal swimming pool within a gated
urbanization.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
(one of which is en-suite) + 1
toilet/washroom downstairs. It has a
private patio at the back overlooking
tennis courts. Small balconies lead from
each bedroom. You can sunbathe on the
gardens around the swimming pool or on
the back patio.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a
large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, double
sink, microwave oven and washing machine.
The house has a large through-lounge with
sofas, dining room table plus a double
breakfast bar.
Every room has brand new air
conditioning, with heating for the
winter.

The Swimming pool has a separate section
for small children.
There is also a tennis club opposite the
house.
There are many golf courses nearby, and
some are within walking distance (10
minutes away), with a learner course
also.
There is FREE WI-FI in the supermarket
cafe at the end of the road, and also in
a nearby restaurant, so you can check
your e-mails!
